Sie sorgt f\u00fcr Klarheit und Transparenz in Arbeitsprozessen, das Ausbalancieren von Belastungen und eine Verbesserung der Kommunikation.<\/p>\n<p>In meiner Arbeit als Supervisorin und Coach integriere ich die systemische Beratung mit der Achtsamkeitspraxis. Anliegen aus dem jeweiligen beruflichen Kontext <!--StartFragment --><span class=\"cf0\">der fallvorstellenden Supervisanden<\/span><!--EndFragment --> wie z.B.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Umgang mit herausforderndem Verhalten<\/li>\n<li>Belastende Situationen nach dem Tod eines Klienten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mit Hilfe der Supervisionsgruppe (dem \u201eReflecting Team\u201c) werden gemeinsam neue L\u00f6sungs- und Handlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leitungssupervision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Leitungssupervisionen stehen allgemeine und spezifische Fragen des F\u00fchrens und Leitens im Mittelpunkt der gemeinsamen Arbeit.<\/p>\n<p>Leitungssupervision kann von einzelnen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften, von Leitungsteams und Gruppen in Anspruch genommen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Bearbeitet werden Themen wie z.B.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Umgang mit herausfordernden Personalf\u00fchrungssituationen (z. B.
